A collection of vintage comic segments arranged on canvas with a painted wooden circle. The work is mounted behind conservation glass within a dark brown, wooden frame.

Using nine different original Iron Man comics from the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, small sections have been cut from the pages and laid out to form a vibrant pattern housed within a strong geometric shape.

Drawing inspiration from the Marvel films this century, this is a look back at the source material which evokes a sense of childhood nostalgia.
